As a second generational company according to statistics Willmore Mfg. has little chance of succeeding into the third generation. As frightening as these statistics are, the focus at our company is to be ever changing and continuing to bring new products to the marketplace. This year we have introduced our new nerf board line and along with that we will be bringing a new look to our current product line by redesigning several components of our products. Willmore Mfg. intends to beat the statistics by bringing new products and a committment to our Made in America quality to our valued customers.

As a small business owner I am often asked what I think must happen to get the US economy on track. My answer is always “JOBS“. People must be put back into the work force and off of the unemployment payroll. A person with a “JOB” feels confident about spending money for both necessities and discretionary spending.

In the coming years our biggest priority should be job creation. No President, Judge, or Politician should create any legislation that impacts businesses in the ability to hire people. Our President and Congress should have one thing on their collective minds…does this law affect businesses in a negative way, thus limiting their ability to hire?

The upcoming election is just around the corner. When I go to the polls in November my decision will be based on who I think will aid me in job creation in my small business. Who is it that understands the link between small business, job creation and prosperity? Who is it that will put America back to work? When we have jobs we feel good about ourselves and our leaders.

It isn’t about the 99% or the 1%…it’s about people…working and creating products that in turn creates jobs. In the next century the US will be fighting for positioning in the world economy because we are now a global market. We are in a race to see who captures those jobs. Our leaders need to understand this and work toward the common goal of attracting jobs.

As always, we proudly manufacture our products in the USA!

Customer Service is Dead!
(But not at Willmore)

I have just experienced the company with the worst customer service on the planet! This mail order prescription company shall remain nameless, even though I would love to tell you who it so you can spread the word and avoid them at all costs! But according to those in the know I need to keep the name to myself to avoid being sued for defamation…. Getting sued for defamation would not be my idea of fun especially by these guys. It all started quite innocently, with me just placing an order for medication….. What it turned into is a fiasco of the worst kind… This company shipped my medication to me they say, (I never received it) but they didn’t get a signature and they wouldn’t even talk to me about replacing it for ten days… Which they never did…. and they wouldn’t refund my money…on and on it goes….but my point here is that this taught me a valuable and important lesson… I NEVER want a customer to feel about Willmore the way I feel about this company. There is nothing that this company can ever do to get back in my good graces. I was treated horribly…like I didn’t matter….I want every Willmore customer to know you matter to us….thank you for choosing Willmore…..we appreciate your business…you can count on us!

This pictures show Willmore CEO, Jay Willmore performing the routine maintenance that is necessary to insure the finish of our stainless products. This truck arrived at our door with what looked to be severe corrosion, after a little elbow grease was applied the finish of the nerf boards was brought back to their original luster. It is essential to keep the finish of our stainless products free from salt, de-icing agents and dirt. These contaminants if left will form surface rust on the stainless and sometimes little pits will form. Willmore recommends frequent washing followed up with periodic waxing with a non polishing carnuaba wax to maintain the finish for many years to come. The products used here can be obtained at any automotive parts store.

Please contact Willmore Manufactuing for more information and a guide on how to maintain your stainless steel automotive products. Willmore uses only the highest grade T304 stainless steel in all of their manufacturing. Willmore Mfg. Inc. made in the USA!

Our competitor must have “LIKED” our rocker panel box. What a big surprise to all of us here at Willmore when we saw their “new product packaging” flyer. This flyer touts “2 years of testing” Willmore designed and created the box about 12 years ago. We wanted to eliminate freight damage and increase our customers profit by streamlining space needed to store our product. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Willmore proudly made in the USA.

As a second generation company, Willmore Mfg knows the importance of keeping our dollars here in the USA. We have resisted the trend to ship our manufacturing overseas to save on labor costs. It might save individual companies money but at what cost to the economy of the US? Each year, China makes approximately 300 billion from the US. With the US economy struggling what an impact these precious dollars would have to strengthen and bolster the economy. Many estimate that unemployment would be reduced to approximately 3 percent. These past years have been a struggle for all Americans and American companies. Please help our manufacturing sector by buying American.
Willmore Mfg is located in Phoenix, Arizona and we are proud to say Made In America.
